PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
This is the time required to create and prepare your item before it is shipped.
Please note that processing times may be longer during high-demand periods, product launches, or holidays.
SHIPPING TIMES
United States and EUROPE
Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days after processing.
International
Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days after processing, depending on your location.
Shipping times may vary due to customs, local carriers, or external factors outside of our control.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. These will be clearly displayed on our website.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS
We ship worldwide.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local government and are the responsibility of the customer.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
LoveKriolo is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
